It’s Twitter’s platform. It’s not a right to be on it. It’s a privilege that he lost for not following the TOS Twitter doesn’t owe him a damn thing for a free service

As an aside, that litigation has as much merit as a lawsuit over 'The Never Ending Story' actually ending.

Twitter has a policy against organizations that promote hate and violence. Your superiority complex can influence others like yourself to harm others. Your banned! Good riddance.

It won’t happen, unfortunately. Only thing necessary for ban is the phrase “white nationalist” to somehow be connected to his name

And he's not a white nationalist? If not. Then what do you call someone with a superiorty complex? Donald Trump?

When someone says that one race is superior than another, it's raciest. When someone says they "know" one race is superior to another, it a complex. Thus superiority complex.

So amazing to watch “Conservatives” unwittingly tie themselves up in anti-free market knots. ::::cue laugh track::::

Hey, look who doesn't understand the concept of a protected class. "Jerks with evil opinions" aren't protected from discrimination against their evil beliefs. Twitter should countersue and bankrupt this guy.

The right is all for discrimination and less regulation, until a private company runs their business as they see fit.

Yes it is, being publicly traded, doesn't give the general public any defense of the first amendment and free speech. They can do as they please, they make rules as to how they run their business and if that means banning white nationalists, it is well within their right.

That doesn't make sense, if it's being publicly traded then it's a public company. And I wasn't supporting hate speech, it should be banned. Not all speech is protected by the 1st amendment. Technically they can't do whatever they want bc then it could turn into discrimination.
