        I understand that opiates is a problem but a bigger problem is heroin. In my small town we lost three young people in less than a month to heroin. Maybe that's where the money should go...

        Great! Throw money at the problem which will be gobbled up by greedy Special Interests & political boondoggles. Help must be directed at helping struggling families who incredibly are not a special interest group. Victims are the bait for attracting funds but rarely get benefit.
