Unconstitutional to have PA Supreme Court redraw the maps. It’s a legislative constitutional responsibility. Wait for it......

a leftist court takes the power of redistricting away from the legislature. In other words, the court violated the PA constitution as well as the US constitution. There is a separation of powers and this court violated that principle.

You seem to be confused as to what is constitutional. The judicial branch is charged to oversee the legislative branch to assure that legislative action is within the limits if the constitution. They were doing their job.

A correct formulation is that the judicial branch assumed the role of deciding constitutionality. They weren’t “charged” with it. Does the constitution specifically prohibit the action?

This is hopefully the start of a trend across the country. It’s amazing how BRAZEN the GOP works and as been successful in getting its way in obstructing fair value for the poor and minority population. The GOP’s goal is destroy the democratic principles that define America!
