13 Russians sounds like one of those lies made to pull Trump down. They were upset that their voter fraud didn't work.

Most registered voters that actually vote don’t even use Facebook. And, if they do take a look, they don’t take it seriously. Social media isn’t mind control.

Would the 13 Russian Companies be so bold to use the same Tech Platforms again when the Tech Platforms will probably put those Companies on a 'Red' Alert?

While I don't like the idea of a foreign country messing with our politics, from a technical perspective, it is hard to block them. Biggest hurdle is you want your platform, e.g. Twitter to be open to all schools of thought. And these are real tweets, just from hacked accts.

Only because they CHOSE not to fend then off in the interest of profit. They have the tools, chose not to use them. Just today I saw many debunked memes posted. They know about them and can block them.

They can take solace in knowing that corporate lapdog @AjitPaiFCC wouldn’t propose a regulatory framework that required due diligence if, say, a person wanted to pay to place political content—and pay in rubles. This is what a world run by stateless wealth looks like...

Let me audit them - I bet I could find a few things they could be doing. (... may cost them a few bucks - but it's about time they use some of those excessive profits... and tax cuts...)
