What does budget look like for making schools safe regardless of the approach you take?

Why can't 1% of this money go to protecting American school children instead of trying to fund private school tuitions. Why not all or nothing, we can't have both. Public money should never go to private or charter schools, all kids matter not just the rich or favorite religions.

So people who put their kids in a private school should not be allowed to have their tax dollars help cover the cost of their kids going to school? So everyone has to go to public school, or at least are required to fund public school even though they don’t use it? Crazy logic.

Most people somewhere in their life have gone to a public school. Whether it's you, your parents, or your children.

That does not justify cutting the funding from private schools. If children go to school there, then funding should go there to.

Public schools are funded by the public so every child has an opportunity for an education. Private schools are usually for profit. It’s your choice to go to school there. The public has already provided an option for you to go to a public school.

School funding is for children’s education. If children are being educated then there should be funding. Private schools & public schools provide children education. Tax money goes to help cover the cost of that education. I don’t see what you don’t seem to get about that.

I understand your difference of opinion, but that's why they differentiate public and private schools. They also have charter schools which are funded by the public which offer more flexibility for the parents to choose the school.

Just remember what the Russians did on strafing that US battleship in the Black Sea a few years back. They switched off the entire ships electronics to effectively blind and mute the ship ! The US military needs a big re investment and upgrade. No doubt about that.
