Gotta love the Wall St Journal. Who else would call the center-left "vicious partisans" (besides @FoxNews* and Breitbart, of course)?

The idea that Trump has a strong belief in any set of ideals beyond making Trump more money is very absolutely laughable

Yes, it's all normal everything is normal. It's completely normal for sanctions against a country not to be enforced by a President with financial ties to that country.

Puhlease. Trump is the symptom of the rot in the Republican Party and likes creating so many issues that allow him to fiddle as the US goes down in flames.

It didn't. He tried to blame left leaning centrists for problems of liberal Democrats, the used that false narrative to build up to arguing for (not making this up) the need for more ideologues. I clarify here:https://twitter.com/UnitersCentrist/status/966372949791043584 …

We simply react accordingly to what endangers what America is designed to be. We get a lunatic as a POTUS, we stand and fight, hard. And yeah, don't stick the extremist left on us.

Regardless of one’s political philosophy, it remains critical that we maintain a mind sufficiently open to hear alternative view points.

This is utter bullshyte. A "clear guiding ideology" is exactly(!) why normally moderate center-left people see so clearly that the Trump presidency is a criminal assault on the fundamentals of normalcy. "Moderate" is not a synonym for passive.

What you do is ignore the paradox of tolerance : it can NEVER be absolute. Otherwise it allows the truly intolerant to destroy the tolerant, taking the concept of tolerance with them. It seems you are aghast that there are limits to action the left will accept.

More likely the integrity of their journalism will decline to match that of their editorials.

“Vicious partisans”? How about we compare th #of times Pres Obama was filibustered 2 th # of times th prev 5 Repub presidents were when their party didn’t hold th Senate. Ur assertions r bereft of any semblance of analysis & unworthy of elevation by a person of even avg intellect
