Mental health is back in focus after the Florida school shooting. But legal experts caution that confiscating guns from people bent on bloodshed isn’t as simple as identifying those with mental disordershttp://on.wsj.com/2GkoDkE

If the @GOP is going to use mental illness as an excuse for EVERY school shooting you'd think the least they could do was pass legislation or appropriate additional funds for mental health initiatives but instead they just yell MENTAL ILLNESS until everyone forgets like always.

Right. Since we don't know who all the crazies are, I'm totally fine with making it hard for anyone to have guns. If you're not trying to kill someone, you don't need a gun. That's pretty simple logic. It's why we kept our guns locked up in the army.

People all over the world are on anti-depressants. The massive number of shootings is specifically an American issue.

What antidepressant is marketed in the US that's not available in Europe, Australasia or Canada?

I tried Googling them before I asked. I remember Zoloft being investigated a few years ago, but its still a big worldwide hit. Do you know of a brand that a American mass shooter in the past decade was on that is only available in the US?
