If they had a choice , 80% would not return to the North .

100% would not return except for the fact their parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins would be sent to the gulag

Thanks for that . So sad living in fear like that . The good thing is that they are young and observant and though submissive now there are some rebellious ones in that group who will speak up for change when they return at the right time .

Read Shin Dong-hyuk’s book Escape from Camp 14... there is no good news..

You see 'stars', we see pitiful slaves who learn cheers for food and to keep their families' safe. See the difference?

Bizarre joke - the world is looking in amusement but we all know the horrible conditions the NK folk live in. Would be great to see a mass defection, but I’m sure NK probably has guns pointed at their family members if they don’t return.

Do you really think they are happy to cheer? They are probably worried their families will be killed if they don't. Let's not pretend that NK is a pleasant country that deserves to be cheered.

I wonder how much (if any) they got paid for cheering? Probably given the ultimatum of do this or else.
-
At the very least, they will be fed when they return to NK. Food is luxury I hear.

Amazing...WSJ praises NK cheerleaders while rest of us are clearly seeing groomed propaganda clones as so ordered by Lil Kim.
