Instead of almost merely questioning the methodology involved, would it be more appropriate to also express concerns about what happened in Tulane and college campus in general? This title speaks a lot for the biased view of the editor.

"Sexual assault" is criminal law term. Schools are mandated to enforce civil rights, not criminal laws. Proper question is: was there "unwelcome" conduct based on sex/gender? Same rule applies to conduct based on race & ethnicity.
