I'm 70 years old and remember doctors doing home visits. I was born in the city and the doctor would come to the house if you were to sick to go out. Even when my family moved out side the city he still came to the house taking him at least a 1/2 hour to get there.

I’m almost 60, and I remember that a family physician came out to my house. Things sure have changed.

Technology has changed things. I am 77 years old and made house calls when I began practice, but if there was truly anything seriously wrong, it just delayed definitive diagnosis and treatment.

- ‘I was out of bed and out of the house within 10 minutes.’ That's what I do every morning.
