Karlie Slaven missed her flu shot. After nursing her two children through the illness, she got it herself. Less than three days later, she was dead.http://on.wsj.com/2EaHXzZ

With a vaccine effective rate of only 10-30% on this strain of flu, I am not sure it is responsible reporting to word an article as if not getting the vaccine is what caused her death.

Two people I went to college with died for flu complications in the past two weeks. One was a LTC in the Army and the other was a 46 year old former college football player. Flu is no joke this year.

Generic Tamiflu should not cost $116 with insurance. Probably why more people are dying

What are the accurate statistics of people dying who have received the vaccine vs those who didn’t receive it.

Yeah no. Just cuz she missed her flu shot doesn't mean that was the cause of her death. Careful with your wording.

There’s like a 99.9% chance she would have died either way. Where’s your story about the people who got the flu shot that died?
