Opinion: U.S. immigration policy should prioritize the needs of the people already here, not the people trying to come.http://on.wsj.com/2Ea5qoW

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to be free...”@WSJ —-for each member of your editorial board, where did your ancestors come from? Or were they Native Americans?

Do keep in mind that's a poem and not in the constitution. Mine signed in at the front door, passed a physical, proved they could self support And learned the language, they wanted to be Americans. They gave up everything to be a part of this country and crossed the ocean.

Ah yes. The merit system. My ancestors came over as peddlers (aka entrepreneurial retailers) and tailors (aka haberdashers).

A growing economy will need and properly compensate workers of all skill levels. With more access to all appropriate levels of education for all U.S. residents, we will build a more productive workforce with plenty of opportunities without sustaining prejudicial fears.

By giving DACA's a path to citizenship you just encourage more bad behavior. Has no one raised children?

When NPelosi was speaking today about the DACA kids and their academic successes, it occurred to me that here's a perfect example of indiscriminate immigration producing 100's of talented individuals. So think about that WSJ!

Nana Pelosi wants us all to take the emotional higround and ignore reality. Our education system has failed millions and now they claim we should import More? We deny our own children an education but import different cultures because 1 in 10 Will be a golden child?pic.twitter.com/kjx5zdiVTA
