        It all comes down, I think, they the equal protection argument and the internal conflict with the INA between presidential power to bar and INA prohibition on discrimination based on country of origin.

        The current Justices @scotus can write in statements into some of the upcoming cases that create a safety-net for all of our children in the years to come, they can bolster the Constitution or sink it if error @tbn
