Let me go further. Many people keep a clean shirt and slacks in their drawer if they need to work late. Mimic this, but double up on back-up underwear and t-shirts, and anything you might need to be in tip-top appearance at all times. Personally, I like @BrooksBrothers Regent

And if your wardrobe includes an outfit(s) of navy slacks with brown shoes/belt, and likely a blue shirt and no tie, just start punching yourself in the face for having zero personality. That is a WORK UNIFORM for the uninformed J. Crew/Brooks Brothers wannabe.

If the cash goes to taxes it's not available for any other use. If taxes are cut, not collecting the excess money will have no affect. For rating agencies to consider taxes collected to be forwarded to Govt as biz revenue is absurd

I don't understand accounting. If utilities are paying less in taxes and reducing rates for customers accordingly, how does this translate to reduced cash flow? Wouldn't tax burden be part of a rating anyway?

I can't worry. Single woman in a 3 story town house should not pay $165 per month for electric. Every light out, hot all summer, it goes to $135. It's really $100 with a ton of fees in it.
