what is the cap in "lifetime cap"? Who decides who the able-bodied recipients are? My mom is 82… she would be required to work? My 65 year old uncle lost coverage and medicaid paid for his 2nd heart bypass. let him die? I need more details… How does this work?

Really? Ok, your mom is 82, she is on MediCARE. This bill makes able-bodied, you know, u can walk, talk, chew gum, use a smartphone, drive a car, etc.. work or volunteer for benefits. Why r DEMOCRATS against that?

Medicare doesn't pay for long term nursing home care. That's one example... Are people's middle-aged kids supposed to quit their jobs to take care of their 75-85 y.o. parents????

Most people on Medicaid are children, the elderly, disabled and working poor. This action ma mj es them beg for a little help.

Why are Democrats so against able-bodied people doing something to earn their free stuff? Why shld I pay for other people's free stuff? If u can walk, talk, use a smartphone, chew gum, etc...you can at least volunteer. When did America become so freaking lazy?

So what if you rely on Medicaid because you can’t work due to a disability or illness?
