Given the fractured reality of the political space in America is this a realistic expectation?

By compromise you mean the Democrats just vote for whatever Trump & #ComplicitGOP put before them.

Here’s one. Rebrand #MedicareForAll something like, “PatriotCare.” Let Trump unveil it with a large, bipartisan group. We all know that’s how this debate ends anyway. National Health is essential if we want to compete globally.

He will be too busy firing everyone at the FBI and DOJ to get to Mueller to be bothered with such trivial matters as bipartisan plans. Will we ever know what he worked so hard to hide? Hope so!

That requires @gop to be willing to work the people they have been trying to tear down for 30 years. This country is fucking mad as hell. There’s no room for playing nice until @gop atones for its relentless hypocrisy.

The 70% of the country who are accepting, kind, and successful can compromise with the 30% who are bigoted, self-pitying, and uncompromising. What a great deal.
