        Was harassed by local PD last night and informed that I am not allowed to file police report until a crime is committed here in post falls idaho

        So I asked if I had to wait until my neighbor was raped and robbed before I could file a report about the creep wandering in our neighborhood. They said after a crime was committed then I can file a police report

        To be honest with everyone in America it is you right as a citizen to file any report you want. It can be about a stray cat or even a kid that rides his bike in your lawn

        FDA allows some but have tons of limits and insurance especially Medicare and Medicaid will not pay for anything considered experimental! So saying they already allow it is just misleading.
