Both positions laid out by President Trump—his willingness to testify and to offer citizenship to Dreamers—could reshape the political landscape for him when he returns from Switzerlandhttp://on.wsj.com/2FaZfNB

The Wall St. Journal is trying too hard to prop up this President, distract, defer, delay, downplay his fatal flaws. He won't change. The sooner Trump resigns or is removed, the better off all Americans will be.

why is the Wall Street Journal being biased? Did Trump pay them off?

It is my observation that Mr. Baker is skewing coverage in ways that benefit Trump. I'm not the only one. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/08/23/business/media/wall-street-journal-editor-admonishes-reporters-over-trump-coverage.html …https://www.wsj.com/articles/wall-street-journal-editor-defends-papers-coverage-of-trump-1487025131 …

Wow....it's all about being paid off by Trump...I like CNN, Politico and New York Times....I don't trust any papers associated with the stock market.

I don't trust any paper owned by Rupert Murdoch, who has shown a tendency to jump right over the editorial wall that is supposed to separate the journalists from the ownership

And look, I'm not jaded. The WSJ has some of the best and brightest reporters out there. I'm more leery of their editors, who seem to exhibit a bias, than the specific reporting of facts and news events.

Editors assign journalists to certain stories, edit the stories, select which stories run where and when, and how to headline or tweet them. So they have influence on the perception. It just requires professional skepticism when reading.

I think he is too cowardly. I think he will use the excuse that his lawyers told him not to.

Except his lawyers already neutered the willingness to testify. Works well for him, he comes out all for it but his lawyers shield him from results of said wording. "Well shucks, I tried."
