        I believe All Westernized countries are having falling fertility rates. It is a concern. This company is a victim of that plus discounters in their retail arena.

        For those who could read the layoffs were due to declining diaper sales. I would guess aborting 1 million babies each year in US has much more to do with the diaper sales decline than the tax cuts do.
