Freedom of speech is the law of the land. This is insanity. No wonder the age where people reach adulthood is being presented as 24. Grow up already you are in college.

To them, any disagreement with what they want to believe or think is hate speech. Truth & facts is hate speech to them

Limits for free speech is just a logical continuum to SJW’s journey towards full-blown totalitarism. SJW is nothing more than a new name for fascism or stalinism. The essential content is exactly the same. Sorry to see this happening to the US.

Well of course they are. It sucks to have no basis but fear and emotion from which to debate against facts and the Constitution.

Fine, as long as it includes far-left which has highly overstepped all sorts of basic politeness, respect and dignity towards others at this point. Paradoxically most in real life hatred comes from them rather than alt-right.(where its moreless internet phenomenon)

Speaking as a college student (not far left AT ALL) theyre just a nuisance and personally they have no effect on the students so why are they still there? Nobody also knows how to ignore them either

Embracing a version of "live and let live" would help: "You are free to talk. And I am free to turn my back". Or as they used to say about provocative behavior online "Don't feed the trolls". Refusing to engage haters marginalizes them, whereas confrontation = free publicity.

If you want to stop "hate speech" you need to stop conservative dis-information. (coming from here as well as Russia).

Alt-right? That politically correct speech for Fascists or racists? It's so confusing

Exposure to "diversity" of thought occurs, increasingly, online. Students don't want to see/hear in school what they've opposed online. Over-saturation of social media helps explains the intolerance of "free speech". We need to know our own limits as opposed to limiting others.
