imagine! Part of service one pays for during airtravel to hve luggage delivered at end of flight. Tht #airlines can just refuse to hold to their part of contract is awful. Tells deterioration of #serviceindustry overall. Time for meaningful /new oversight. #customerService

The incentive for Airlines to give good service is to satisfy the consumer . If they do not they will lose business . JFK is a terrible Airport to fly into . It is run and managed by. Government agency :Port Authority of New York . Avoid that airport , if possible .

After the Pharmaceutical and Hospital industries, the airline industry is one in which consumers get ripped with zero protection

Arline’s do have an incentive to give good service and that is competition . This includes giving good baggage service .

This is why I never check a bag! Never! Just make the most of one carry on and wear same outfits while on trip! Much better than the stress of waiting or not getting your luggage! Everyone over packs anyway!

It's sad that just doing a good job isn't incentive enough.

Nope - can’t just rely on the goodness of companies- they’re motivated by profits so we need to demand our money back -that’s how they’ll get in line
