Sugar is not dangerous in moderation, neither is alcohol. I do agree that cigarettes are completely terrible.

It's almost like it's been medically proven that cigarettes, alcohol, and sugar are more dangerous than weed 🤔

It depends on what you call dangerous. If we are only talking death, yes. But for the younger developing brains, pot seems to cause IQ drops. This wouldn’t be a problem if young ppl weren’t targeted by the pot industry so effectively.

Could you name a couple of examples of how marijuana businesses target younger people?

In the same way cigarette makers targeted young ppl in the older days: Hollywood. Celebrities are constantly talking about their pot use, it’s in tons of shows/movies as normal thing, etc.

Don’t disagree, but if we can put an age on alcohol and cigarettes, we should carefully pick an age for pot.

That isn’t necessarily science-based. 18 is too young, especially for males who develop slower. 21 might be fine. I’m mostly Libertarian so I’m not that worried about tons of laws. The minimum age should just not be lower than 21 anywhere.
