Really? Just curious - the biggest economic growth in the past 15 years is most certainly China. Don't know but willing to bet they don't have much in the way of immigration...

Sounds like someone that started with the desired conclusion and is now attempting to fabricate the argument.

Free lunch for the rich, no lunch for 80% of Americans who would see their wages not grow.

The only kind of immigration that is good for America is the kind that allows entry based on merits. We don’t need to add to the welfare rolls. Scientists, engineers and other high skilled professionals should be given preference on admission.

fake news lies. Immigration is only a good thing if it is LEGAL & intensely managed program to ensure annual numbers (people and dollars) are right, establish real assimilation programs and SPEAK ENGLISH! No more chain migration or lotteries. #MeritBasedImmigration

I wish your title would have been a bit clearer...should have started with the word “legal”...unless the term made you uncomfortable. My parents were first generation immigrants, and entered the US legally. We need to be real and honest about this discussion. #legalimmigration

Wrong. It’s a free lunch for the elites and their precious global economy which thrives on cheap labor. It’s the shaft for AMERICAN workers and the hardworking taxpayers who subsidize the effects of illegal immigration.
