        She didn’t see him loading 10+ rifles and tons of ammo to take to a hotel. I’m pretty sure she was in the hotel and didn’t warn anyone.

        Not what I’m saying. Btw laws aren’t omnipotent, they don’t protect people. They just ensure consequences if you break them. He had lots of money. Was crazy as hell. I can only imagine the connections this guy had.
