The Washington blame game is in full effect as both parties and the president seek to point fingers across the aisle if the government shuts downhttp://on.wsj.com/2DODMdV

So that would be easy for the blame game. #GOPshutdown They had months to work out and negotiate this spending bill, instead the pushed through a tax cut for 1% families like mine. #TrumpShutdown #GOPShutdown The @GOP is #NotAGoverningParty

Its quite clear who is to blame... Democrats prefer to give money to illegals and not to hard working American people....

There are only 51 republican seats and they need a supermajority to pass this one. Sorry but Dems will be at fault. Don’t let them keep lying to you

We’ll only time will tell. This blame game doesn’t help anybody. Our immigration policies need fixing. Loopholes need to be filled. We can’t move on until their is a bipartisan compromise. Who will be more stubborn, the Reps or the Dems?

It’s amazing to me how much faith people have in the Dems. They were in charge for the last 8 years and nothing was done on border security. Obama used his exec power for this DACA dilemma..I don’t have much faith in Congress these days

Trump settled this debate years ago. The sitting President should be blamed when the government shuts down.https://www.rollcall.com/news/politics/shutdowns-trump-thought-pressure-president …

Republicans are in power. They will reject their own bill. CHIP was passed by the HOUSE in OCTOBER! Why no vote yet, @SenateMajLdr

The only idiots who would blame democrats for this are the ones who still vote republican no matter what, and would never vote democrat anyway.
