Anyone watching this stuff in DC, learns we don’t have to respect the laws. Just don’t answer questions, makes us great?

I thought Steve Bannon learned what type of person Donald Trump is when he named him as sloppy and phony, & told "gone mad." His refusal to answer questions during House testimony in Russian inquiry only tells me he has been blackmailed by Trump agents if he speaks truth.
