Yep that’s life. Business changes all the time. I’m in the Radio biz and everyone has endless music options. So we’ve adjusted. It’s called being proactive. There are no guarantees.

#TobBadYellowCab Perhaps they shouldn’t have spent all those years discriminating against certain demographics.

Poor bastards that got ripped off for those licenses by the socialist's running that place. The market will always trump Socialist's where freedom is allowed.

With taxis, we pay for the meter, the fare and tip. The tip is expected! Also, they will look at how you are dressed (not office attire) and decides to pick u up or not...because they probably expect tips.

I took a cab from LaGuardia and he driver was beyond rude. He was swearing and muttering something because he didn't like our destination. He sped over speed bumps and sent us flying. We took users after that experience.

I bet New York won't stand for that. They hate free enterprise that cuts into the unions cash. Probably get Schumer on the case as happened when a bus line under cut his union donors.

The market has spoken. For years they wouldn't pick up poor people or minorities. What did they think would happen, especially when they made medallions so hard to get. You have to treat everyone the same.

They should. The graft in taxi company culture with their local government costs the consumer money. They are paying the price for not advancing their industry to meet customer demands.
