Academia is full of unsubstantiated accusations that have ruined lives as is their intention. I trust the Swamp more than I trust Academia...Socialist professors are a dime a dozen. Real harrassment is perpetrated on the students by liberal professors.

I know Sam Ainsley, the woman in this story personally I can tell you that her account is truthful and should be believed along with all the other students who have come forward.

Be carefull about using the word "all". Many, most, those you are familiar with, is more honest. Court cases have disproven your statement. Knowing someone prsonally is a strong fact...but those you don't know is only hearsay in reality. Ask a judge.

How can they be verified so as not to be marginalized? "Anonymous" is code for Fake News...Used too frequently to promote an agenda...Be careful so as not to be snared.

Yes this is probably an even more serious issue in academia than in the entertainment industry. Students are often the most helpless of all. A story that should be pursued in depth on a national level.

If men are harassing women hopefully they get theirs, but there are a lot of parallels between McCarthyism and this. Reminds me of Hollywood in the 50's where you were blacklisted for being a 'commie'. Vigilantism, while it's movies may be good, rarely ends up being judicious.

I didn't technically sexually harrass anyone with my nasty Ass jokes cuz in Canada we have freedom of speech laws, pretty much as long as you don't threaten someone's life you can say whatever you like about anyone, be careful in the US though, y'all get off suing each other!
