        The weird thing about the disparity between the two policies is that, of the two groups, medicaid recipients are far less likely to be able to work. Personally, I don't believe someone shouldn't eat because they couldn't find work, but... 1/

        if we're gonna put work requirements on a part of the social safety net, it probably shouldn't be the part occupied by people who, in many cases, are elderly or disabled, and unable to work.
