India, Israel and Pakistan have not signed the NPT. North Korea was a party to the treaty before but withdrew in 2003. Would you like to make another suggestion?

I feel for the people of No.Korea, insiders have filmed, cameras everywhere, hardliners watching every move, the people are afraid to do anything but jump when they say BOO. And they are starving. 😢

North Korea already has a sufficient security guarantee. It’s called the People’s Republic of China.... North Korea has broken multiple agreements to end their nuclear program after getting free stuff. At this point North Korea’s intentions are obvious to anyone but a fool who

Sounds reasonable. But what will guarantee the NKoreans that the US will stick to its word? The US has a bad record of breaking agreements at any moment.

Funny seeing as how North Korea has broken every one of its nuclear agreements after they get their free stuff. And the guarantee would be their ally China....
