After Florida won a waiver from off-shore drilling, governors of other coastal states say they have the same claims toohttp://on.wsj.com/2FlkpcK

America has now completed the transition to pay to play economy. Reagan started it Trump has completed it. Anyone who isn’t in the top 10%, must struggle to achieve success, financial and otherwise. Hard work does not lead to financial freedom. Especially in the lower rungs.

No one wants off shore drilling. We want renewable energy. I'd rather see an off shore wind farm than my beaches black with crude oil.

Well, the moment you build a new "Mar-al-Lago" for Trump, you will be waived from any sort of drilling activities. Remember, "America First" and MAGA is about Trump, not the American people.

I'm not sure whether to "Cry" or "Cheer". I want to "Cheer" because we've done enough to this planet and the "Exemption" is a good thing. I want to "Cry" because of this ill conceived policy on off-shore drilling and opening vast amounts of land to fracking and drilling.

Florida`s Beaches are better than other states beaches,--of course Florida is going to outlaw the use of Gasoline, Natural gas, etc within it`s borders-- develop cars that burn sand, sea shells, and bullsh_t. Hey, maybe a car that burns coal [steam] WV doesn`t have any beaches.

They don't have same claim. They have no tRump resort, and they aren't huge electoral vote swing states with a crooked RepubliCON governor.

Hopefully more states will be as successful as Florida. With technology providing cleaner sustainable energy, why run the risk of another Deep Horizon, pipe line rupture, or tanker spill that cost billions to clean up and years for nature to recover from?pic.twitter.com/jcupylKX7W
