You mean another leftist "activist" judge from the doofus 9th circuit makes an unconstitutional challenge over the repeal of an unconstitutional EO. Great job, dems!

Say goodbye to any justification to filibuster the government funding bill without a DACA fix. No DACA deadline in March = no need to rush.

9 Attorneys Generals were bringing lawsuits against DACA - Trump had 2 act by Sept 5th or it could have ended abruptly-he told Congress they had six months to legalize it &give a clear pathway to citizenship - Trump had allowed 200,000 applicants in spite of some Rep criticism

It doesn’t matter how much u don’t want to believe the truth - he was criticized by some reps for not being tougher and acting sooner - his decision was a slow wind down & he honored all existing permits up to 2 yrs - applicants in pipeline & renewals that were about to expire

Here’s the process, San Fran judge makes unconstitutional ruling, 9th Circus upholds and then gets unanimously reversed at the SC. Mr President, just cut out middle men and ignore CA Fed. judges. Their Idiots.
