So in other words the Constitution is meaningless and the POTUS has no say on immigration?

Potus' position on this is that Obama overstepped his authority with his EO. I am not sure this ruling says he has no say. I didn't read it, behind WSJ paywall, but it's temporary and makes sense since the harm of removal is pretty devastating. I imagine it will not hold tho.

Bombing foreign countries is devastating yet no judge has yet to step in and tell the POTUS he does not have the authority to do so.

Congress would have to revoke the AUMF and then someone with standing would have to sue. Who would have standing? Congress, I suppose.

Yet a judge can say revoking an EO is unconstitutional despite the Constitution given the POTUS the final say on immigration.

The idea that courts have a right to rule against the POTUS because their actions might be devastating is nonsense and is just a excuse used by judges to rule against a president they do not like.

I am suggesting that is why they issue a TEMPORARY order blocking something. It has nothing to do with the President and everything to do with why temporary orders are granted.

I've said all along that Trump will win on his "Muslim Ban" because ultimately, we give the President that authority.

@realDonaldTrump Fix the damn court system. We recognize that these judges are acting against the Constitution and demand a method of their removal. One way would be to have us vote for them to be retained, like many states do now.
