In an era of technological connectivity we should be increasing the standard to remove the "probable cause" allowance. Not removing the need for a warrant.

No way! Warrants should be required! Police should be able to search when a judge agrees there is reasonable cause.

Does anyone have any idea what The Constitution says anymore?!?! Clearly some on the SCOTUS need to bone up on what it says.

procuring a warrant would be a real hindrance. The 4th Amendment cannot be rendered a mere form of words based on alleged "exigent circumstances" and subjective "exceptions."

Given the "Wingspan" Doctrine gives police a very, very wide latitude to search vehicles with ANY occupant during an investigative stop, why can't the police wait until the occupants return? Moreover, it seems dubious that if the need to search a parked car was "that important"
