My niece has one and it has taught her so many things that she knows how to take pictures, work YouTube, knows so many songs, knows cheer moves, and talks way beyond her age. She has her own iPhone, but she gets regulated how much she can be on it. It really is a good thing

See that’s ok. When parents use it as a tool to get them to shut up that’s when it makes me upset and then they just watch it 24/7 and don’t get lessons taught or discipline by their parents

What do you call "young?" Because there are plenty of people in their fifties who do nothing but browse Facebook and play Panda Pop all day.

But in all seriousness it can be a problem. But you have to realize kids/teens use phones for other things besides foolishness

the one thing i have a problem with is that teens don’t just use their phones for entertainment. they use them for getting in touch with people, making friends. they can use them to look up a proper note sound for an instrument so they can tune it. they can do many different
