Well, can we start using the death penalty on those government officials who capriciously used capital punishment on people later to be found innocent?

Maybe he should consider bringing it back for treason.

Sad. Capital punishment should be abolished for theological reasons.

Executing #IdentityThieves will meaningfully throw wrench in spokes of ruinous AND rampant #CyberCrime...the swifter, the better. #WildWest didn’t hang #HorseThieves because they cherished pets, but because horses were vital to survival...crime was (grotesquely) irredeemably LOW.

Pretty sure if there is ANY policy or punishment Sessions can bring back or use more that is proven to be meted out to disproportionately affect minorities, he’s all in. Isn’t that a pillar of MAGA?

When minorities learn not to be the majority of criminal offenders, that would change. Any more stupid you’d like to try this morning?

Do you have any intellectual curiosity? Blacks and whites smoke pot at same rate yet blacks are 4x more likely to be arrested for it. The death penalty is applied VERY UNEVENLY. It’s ok if you don’t care, but no need to deny the truth.
