        I think you're on to something. "Let the kids fight" was not a narrative that has been preached to German kids. This seems to be a new way of thinking that allows those "out of town kids" to group up and do this to German kids.

        There's a strategy being used. Maybe somebody can help me with the name. It is used when you cannot/will not fix a problem, so you act like it is not the problem. This is being done with "fat phobia" as well.
