        Gentrifiers bring priced out forced City Council to take action. The one interviewed is paying an absurdly high rent to live in a "shady" part of Kensington and not here "preferred" part of Fishtown. Philadelphians can immediately see through the coded language for race.

        $975 a month is not the cost of a room in an apartment. That's the cost of a studio apartment in that neighborhood. I could find a room in Fishtown for under $600 in under 2 hours if I didn't mind roommates.
