It takes 100-150 days to understand the job and to get good at it.

So! Job performance isn’t the issue. Toxic work environments are! I have worked my entire life, and not one fucking job brought me anything but grief, strife, time away from my family, and misery. Please spare me!

Don't say "bad fit" when you mean "outrageous, toxic atmosphere." Don't euphemize terrible jobs.

Staying in a job you dont like is like eating food that makes you sick. Stress is unhealthy and never forget that you were looking for a job when you were hired by the jerks you now work for. Is @WSJ trying to convince their own employees to stay?

Yeah, racking up hospital debt because my job was stressing me to the point of illness was totally worth it. You're going to get someone killed with this shit.

Mine is so stressful but I’m sticking with it. My workload in enough for three people. I set myself small daily goals but still get panic attacks often. Thankful for the gym
