Elon Musk is best when he sketches out Tesla’s distant future—in 2018, he should focus on the present, writes Charley Granthttp://on.wsj.com/2Cc6A2h

Bernie Maddoff was child's play compared to the scam Elon Musk is running.

You do known that he (Elon) is against everything you stand for. Guns, Texas, Trump, the Grid. You should care about what the journalist has to say and don’t get suckered in by the the elitist, left wing, federal subsidy loving Elon. #Tesla #MAGA

Keep in mind tho that Tesla gets less in subsidies than almost any other billion dollar company. Even if Spiegel says otherwise. Once Elon's vision materializes (~2018/2019), the legacy OEMs are really f**ed. They shouldn't have waited this long.

Between $TSLA, $SCTY and SpaceX the subsidy keeps him in business. Only SpaceX will survive.https://www.google.com/amp/www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-hy-musk-subsidies-20150531-story,amp.html …

Let's shut down big oil. And the farming industry. Too many subsidies :(

You know, that would shut Tesla down. The entire supply chain is dependent on oil. From mining to finished product.

So what do we do? Keep them or get rid of them? We def need to eat so maybe we keep the subsidies for the farmers?

I agree with the general statement that the future is in EVs, solar, energy storage and other renewables. It’s my industry. The focus on $TSLA is unwarranted. Support a better company. $GM, $TM, $SPWR. $TSLA has an unsustainable business model. That is my issue with them.

Tesla business model in desperate straights as all the big car companies are about to release their all electric offerings & cheaper. Tesla is the Delorean of our time. Even his space projects are state funded. 😎

Will be very hard to beat Elon. He is one of the smartest men to walk on planet earth. Sure, everyone will try and copy Tesla (in 2025???) but by then, Elon will have moved Tesla to even greener pastures. Careful betting again Elon. Many have tried; none has succeeded
