The IRS doesn't make or enforce the law. Tax courts do. When in doubt, deduct it out.

Well, we can match tax law expertise if you like, but "legally accurate" is up to the Tax Court, with a direct appeal to the Supreme Court. The whole law begs to be litigated, but this is one of my favorite parts.
