        The truth is not so much sexism as much as what typical men view of people whom they think are weaker regardless of females or males. Men use to think female and some other types are subservient. Still, those who do not fit in the masculine strong look would Not do well in tech.

        These women's jobs were more like technicians, not programming logic. A similar thing happened with telephone switchboard operators who were primarily women. As computer programming became more advanced and automated, these women's jobs became obsolete. Nice try at blaming men.
