UPS has lost control because of poor planning and high volume. But, instead of taking the high road, they simply stopped tracking data. Very poor decisions from the top down. I see FedEx in my future.

That’s what happened to me last year. NEVER using UPS again. I’m using USPS & FEDEX

UPS lied when we purchased “Rush Delivery” saying it would be there the next night. We would have used another carrier had they been honest, that’s what really makes me dissatisfied.

UPS excuse to me to NOT refund 💰,I used “authorized shipping outlet”. It’s the only UPS facility in small city using UPS supplied software;printing UPS shipping documents;accepted&picked up by UPS driver in big brown UPS truck.IMO UPS defrauded me of @$80http://Ups-sucks.net

Those “authorized shipping outlets” are an unprofessional mess.

A lot of employees at UPS started out as package handlers in college so it's probably not the first time they have worked on the front lines.
