That's not 'reform'. It's targeted looting.

So, in effect, the #DonaldTrump administration wants to wage war on costal states. Which, conveniently, are mostly democratic.

Not only is NY a high tax state but higher in CORRUPTION and the politicians are basically running a criminal enterprise and Cuomo is the Criminal-in-Charge.

All of these high-tax states are the same ones that also have the most tollways. Pay-per-earn, pay-per-spend, pay-per-use, pay-per-own. Question: where does all that money go? Most of these places still have aging infrastructure.

“Federal success”? When did blowing a one-trillion-dollar-plus hole the the debt become the hallmark of success?

How about reforming the low tax moochers stated ??? I'm tired of financing states that won't pull their own share of the load.

These states will legalize marijuana for tax money and hurt our children. Marijuana is dangerous, but these states are desperate and will do anything, harmful or not.

The lefties just raised our gas taxes out here in CA. The Dems only care about illegals & their millionaire Hollywood friends. They don't give a crap about the middle class.
