        Washington State chose a cheaper plan $180 million rather than $412 million to cut costs on Defiance ending in preserving the curve which will cost them much more in lawsuits.

        Amtrak was mandated to have positive train control (the ability to control the train by software offsite) and it didn't implement... people died! Private biz put it on the trains and the Govt didn't! Should have never happened
