Remember whn Obama Admin tried to convince us there was a new paradigm. That slow economic growth & joblessness were the new norm for America. Another falsehood. Record stock mkt, 2 consecutive qtrs. of GDP 3%+, 4th qtr proj 4%+, 17 yr low unemployment, record housing sales

I believe he was speaking about annual GDP not quarterly, because the latter was achieved several times during the last administration while the former has not in almost a decade

Yes, optimism is up. Both the growth we’re witnessing is in some ways a continuation of a trend begun under the last administration. The President inherited an economy on the upswing

The data actually suggest exactly the opposite. Economic growth was not sufficiently robust during the last years of Obama's presidency, but they were not stagnant. And the only thing that's exploded under Trump is the stock market. That also grew 250% under Obama

There is a limit to how much annual growth can be had without causing massive inflation.

Real GDP is measured without the inclusion of inflation

Once real GDP pushes beyond potential GDP (an economy's output when functioning @ a normal level & where we're @ now) inflation will occur

Inflation doesnt Simply occur, as a result of GDP growth (or otherwise)- many external factors play their part in adjusting inflation levels. Assuming you are of any competence within the semantics of economy, I would assume you were aware of this, instead of conclusively stating
