hmmm. Doesn't @ATT also need Trump to approve their merger with Time Warner? This PR move seems like a way to persuade

2016 numbers they will save 2.3 BLN in one year of taxes . . willing to share 10% of that as a 1 time bonus . .not to mention that "bonus" will be shown as an expense, saving more tax $$s

Employees wouldn’t be getting any type of extra bonus without tax reform tho :’) when a company is able to increase it’s profits that always benefits the employees but it must also benefit the organization

If that was true, why do companies announce layoffs when profits increase and/or stock shares are bought back . . Individuals should get taxed only on their profit like a corp is done . . We get taxed on INCOME not what is left over (profit)

I'm sure the majority of workers would prefer a permanent pay raise over a one-time bonus. AT&T is trying to make itself look good knowing it doesn't plan wage increases for workers despite the huge tax break. Distracting a kid with candy while you steal the piggy bank.

Gotta make trump look good so he will approve their purchase deal. They will make the money back in higher fees. Don’t worry.

That's not true.. It's a contract they signed prior to the tax cut and the employees are getting that $1000.00 either way

AT&T earned $13,000,000,000.00 in after tax income in 2016. Passing out 1.8% of last year's profits (And saying its because if a tax bill) is the most bullshittiest of bullshittiest moves a company can do. I guess $T really wants that Time Warner deal to go through.

You know good and god damn well what I meant-so stop it. But I'll engage ur trolling. No one gives a flying fuck how much they give out. But don't insult us by saying its because of tax cuts when it's less 1.8% of ur 2016 profit. That's pissing on our heads and saying it's rain.

Oh... I get you now trolling. Is an art not a science. Anything but recognizing the intellectual insult of misrepresenting a tax cut for political favor. Gotcha troll.
