        considering payroll is an expensive that portion of "income" would not be taxed so that is a pain and simple LIE . . . where it will end up 99% of the time is premium shareholders/top execs and in some small cases, common shareholders

        Corporations aren't going to increase hiring and they aren't going to raise wages. Why would they? The middle class should have been given a real tax cut.
