        Cuomo has been Gov of NY since Jan 2011 - nearly 8 yrs & only now that Trump has target MS 13 & Cuomo wants to run for Pres in 2020, does he decide to help Long Island address this problem.

        I'm sure that money will be well spent on community outreach, education, and after school programs to help dissuade youths from joi- ah who am I kidding it's for guns and bullets to kill or lock up more fathers so no one can ever get out of the cycle.
