Law schools and the JD have been oversaturated. This will magnify that even more. Seems more like a revenue scheme than anything else.

We need to be more selective and reduce the number of law schools not lowering the bar. A lawyer's job is too important to make it easier. I know my law school class and all others could have been reduced by 10% without producing less quality lawyers.

Truth. At my law school, a handful of us got full scholarships, straight As, law review and big law jobs. Everybody else got debt and document review. It’s only going to get worse.

Exactly. Not to mention any at a 4th tier school. Debt and a 35K salary chasing ambulances.

And we’re automating everything we can and will have no use or way to bill young associates.

Its the fear of high tuition loans causing the lower law school applicants.

Liberals need more activists in the courts, but liberals are generally stupid. What to do? Lower the bar so they can get in. Intelligence not required, only loyalty to the lib agenda.
